Carmelo Rodero Crianza is een verfijnde, complexe wijn. Rijp fruit, een vleugje gedroogde kruiden, rijpe tannines en een prachtige afdronk.
Uitstekende combinatie met rundvlees, lam, stoofschotels, en diverse harde kazen.
De optimale drinktemperatuur voor Carmelo Rodero is 16°C.

"The oak of the 2015 Carmelo Rodero Crianza feels quite integrated, and the wine is juicy and ripe, but without excess, in a modern classical style. The tannins are fine and the acidity lowish, and it could do with a little more freshness. It has 10% of Cabernet Sauvignon and matured in oak barrels for 15 months. 275,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in June 2017."
