Terra de Pau Negre is een goed toegankelijke rode wijn. Rijp fruit, een vleugje kruiden, evenwichtige tannines en een smakelijke afdronk.
Uitstekende combinatie met rundvlees, lam, stoofschotels, wild, ossehaas, geroosterd/gegrild vlees, jamon en harde kazen. 
De optimale drinktemperatuur voor Terra de Pau Negre is 16°C.

"Licorice, violets and cracked pepper all figure on the nose of the 2018 Terrasses du Larzac Chateau des Cres Ricards Stécia. This is a rich, luscious blend of 60% Syrah, 25% Grenache and 15% Carignan that spent a year in a mix of oak and tank. Full-bodied and supple, it should drink well for 5-7 years."
