Esencia de Monjardin is een delicate zoete volle 100% Chardonnay witte wijn.
Rozijnen, honing, geconfijt fruit, abrikozen en custard.
Uitermate geschikt als dessertwijn.
Monjardin kan het beste geserveerd worden bij 8°- 10°C.

"The Esencia has a bright golden color and is a delicate, sweet white wine produced with Chardonnay that wants to be similar to a Tokaj Eszencia (in style and price!). The aromas make you think of botrytized and raisin-like grapes (it was harvested in January after the first snow), notes of honey, candied fruit, dry apricots and custard. The palate is sweet (120 grams of residual sugar) and dense, with low acidity and simple, honeyed-tinged flavors. A nice sweet wine with a huge price tag."
