Viñas de Anna Chardonnay is een goed toegankelijke witte wijn. Wit fruit, bloemen, mineralen, goede zuurgraad en een aangename afdronk.
Goed te combineren met gegrilde vis, paella, kip, salades, tapas of "zomaar".
Viñas de Anna Blanc de Blancs kan het beste geserveerd worden op 7-10°C.
PAIRING
A perfect pairing with typical dishes which contain white meats, fish, seafood, rice and pastas. Also ideal served with Asian food such as Japanese and Thai cuisine, tempuras and grilled vegetables.
TASTING NOTE
VIEW
Brilliant golden yellow with greenish hues.
NOSE
Aromas of white fruit such as apple and melon. More citrus notes also appear underlain with a sweet spiciness.
MOUTH
A fresh entry on the palate with a more voluminous mid palate and a long refreshing finish. The notes found on the nose reappear on the palate as the wine is drunk. First to appear are the more citrus notes which contribute freshness. These are followed by tropical fruit such as mango and finally by white fruits which contribute a suggestive texture.
