Uitstekende combinatie met rood vlees, duif, pasta en harde kaas.
Goed op dronk.

"Unfortunately the 2014 Trossos Vells had a recurring aroma that I found in different reds, hints of leather, fountain pen ink, licorice and tempera paint and a dry sensation on the palate where those flavors make a comeback. Some will surely like this animal character, but for me it is a question mark."
