Sierra Cantabria rosado is een smaakvolle elegante rose wijn. Rijp fruit, gekonfijte vruchten, gedroogde bloemen, een vleugje kruiden, een optimale zuurgraad en een lange afdronk.
Goed te combineren met gegrilde vis, paella, kip, salades, tapas of zomaar om te drinken.
Sierra Cantabria rosado kan het beste geserveerd worden bij 10°- 12°C.

"The super pale 2018 Rosado is a clarete blend of 55% white Viura, 40% Garnacha and 10% Tempranillo from a late harvest, when they went back to the dates from yesteryear. The grapes underwent a three-day maceration, and the juice fermented in stainless steel and was bottled unoaked. It's very floral, aromatic and elegant, closer to a white than a red, really textured, even with some fine tannins. It's tasty, fresh and clean, very pleasant. It fits with the general idea of the vintage. 65,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in January 2019."
