Goed op dronk maar kan tot 2018 bewaard worden. Garnacha dels Aspres Vi Panses kan het beste geserveerd worden bij 7°- 9°C. 

The Wine Advocate:
"The NV Vi de Panses is produced with Garnacha Gris raisins (passes is the Catalan word for raisins) a very sweet, amber-colored wine with 175 grams of residual sugar and % alcohol; the technical data says it's not fortified. The grapes are picked very late and ripe then left to dehydrate in the sun for 50 days during which time the grapes lose half of the volume. Bright amber-colored, it has a syrupy nose with notes of dried apricots, figs, golden raisins and honey: it already smells sweet. The palate is indeed quite sweet but is not as dense as I'd have expected, and it's relatively simple. This is a young, unoaked sticky, they don't specify vintage on the label, but it's from a single harvest, so is not a solera wine."
