Finca Dofí is een volle, elegante rode wijn. Rode bessen, een vleugje kruiden, mooie houttonen, verfijnde tannines en een aangename lange afdronk.
Uitstekende combinatie met rood vlees, schapenvlees, wild, harde kazen en Jamon. 
Finca Dofí is dronk, maar kan zich tenminste tot 2030 nog verder ontwikkelen.
