Tasting note
One of the first Brut Nature elaborated in our country, and consolidated as a great classic. Straw yellow colour, pale and highly bright. Fine and constant bubble. Really clean bouquet, it has a perfect balance between the subtle fruity notes and the delicate tertiary tones of aging. It is fine and light in mouth and completely dry, soft and with pleasant aging shade. It is a versatil cava, ideal to have it alone or to accompany any dish.
