The Milesime Gran Reserva Brut is made only in the years in which Chardonnay performs well. It is a 100% Chardonnay cuvee spending 36-42 months on its lees. Light gold in color, brioche, biscuit, apple, and baking spices inform the nose of this savory sparkling wine. Crisp, intense, and lively, it is an outstanding value for drinking over the next 1-2 years.
Juve y Camps, a family firm founded in 1921, has a well deserved reputation as one of Spain’s finest Cava producers as a visit to the estate in January 2011 clearly demonstrated.
