Sentido is een 100% Tempranillo wijn. rijp fruit, zoete specerijen, hout tonen, optimale zuurgraad en een zeer aangename afdronk.
Goede combinatie met rood vlees, wild, boeuf bourguignon, paté, jamón en harde kazen.
Goed op dronk, maar kan zich tot 2029 nog verder ontwikkelen.
De optimale drinktemperatuur voor Sentido is 16°C.
The Wine Advocate: (about 2018):
"The 2018 Tato is a blend of 38% Syrah, 28% Touriga Nacional and 17% each of Aragonez and Tinta Caiada, all aged for 12 months in 22% new French oak. It comes in at 14.6% alcohol. Beautifully constructed, this precise blend is focused and tightly wound. The tannic power does cut in and mask the fruit just now, but this is very young. While it probably needs a couple of years in the cellar, it looks on track to be superb. Its finesse and focus certainly are, but the fruit needs to become much more expressive, and the balance between fruit and tannins needs to be better. Time should answer both of those questions, although it is not perfectly clear. Let's start here in evaluation, while noting it is all about potential for the moment. Not imported, this runs around 33 Swiss francs in its most important market. There were just 5,500 bottles produced."
