The Wine Advocate (about 2018)
The 2018 Correcaminos had a spicy nose that made me think of some wines from the Jura. The clusters are pressed directly in a vertical press, in an oxidative way, but the wine shows less oxidative notes than what I tasted in the 2016. The palate is light and balanced, refreshing and tender, with a long finish. This wine needs air, as it starts growing in the glass as soon as it's poured. This is the largest volume in the project, with close to 7,000 bottles.
