Carles Andreu, founded in 1991, is an artisan producer of Cava, making only 5000 cases.

We make our Brut Nature using the typical grape varieties of the county, Macabeo and Parellada, with a minimum ageing period of 18 months. It presents itself for tasting as a young wine, easy to savour but with a strong personality. Its appearance expresses some of its relative youth: straw yellow in colour with greenish tones, the bubbles form a persistent crown in the glass. Fruity on the nose, reminiscent of white fruits (pineapple and pear), with a refined, subtle aroma.
The impression it gives evokes sensuality and enthusiasm.
